Enterprise staff correspondence published

Published a companion email collection: 6 messages sent by RCM and Dalton staff (the Vice President, the Chief Compliance Officer’s office, and Dalton legal), identified in a full sweep of the local mail store (172,826 stored messages) matched on addressing headers and deduplicated against the 289 published Jamie Rosenwald messages. Of 25 staff-sent messages identified, 19 are withheld under the publication boundary — personal or family content, identification of a private individual, a reference to a minor child, or a credential — with the withholding counts documented in the collection’s audit log.

The 150 inquiries published — all unanswered

Published a register of the 150 written inquiries transmitted June 21, 2026 to counsel of record and the family enterprise's trustees, officers, and advisers, together with a three-volume binder of the underlying public records. Each entry reproduces the inquiry's subject matter and source reference and carries its current status. As of this date, all 150 are labeled UNANSWERED. Two inquiries concerning minor children are shown with initials in place of names.

Compiled analysis section published

Published the six compiled analysis documents behind the archive: the Form ADV year-by-year detail, the Form 5500 Schedule C compensation table, the EDINET holdings memorandum, the IRS 990 notes, the Beach Front findings memorandum, and the binder index. Each is labeled as analysis rather than a primary record, preserves its internal verification tags (CONFIRMED / PARTIAL / UNCONFIRMED / ASSERTED), and links its source markdown and underlying records. The methodology page's publication boundary is updated to match.

Public archive opened

Published 95 public records and datasets across six source collections. Added searchable metadata, original archive paths, file sizes, source-status labels, and SHA-256 integrity hashes. The retained collection totals 257.1 MB.

Publication boundary documented

Primary records, regulator indexes, bulk source data, and clearly labeled machine-readable extracts were included. Internal analytical notes, the litigation-oriented binder index, local extraction code, and operating-system metadata were retained offline.

The editorial response policy is published. Domain mail routing is not yet active, so the site does not presently represent that a dedicated response address can receive messages.
