Correction requests
A useful correction identifies the archive path or page, the exact statement or metadata field at issue, the proposed correction, and the supporting primary record. File-integrity questions should include the expected SHA-256 hash or a copy of the source record being compared.
If the archive copy differs from the originating agency record, the archive will preserve the correction date and describe whether the file was replaced, supplemented, or reclassified.
Responses
A response from a named person, company, regulator, plan sponsor, foundation, or authorized representative may be published as a response and linked near the relevant material. Publication as a response does not convert the submission into an independent finding, and editing for length or clarity will be disclosed.
Submissions should address documentary material in the archive. Personal contact information, privileged communications, threats, unlawful content, and material unrelated to the records may be withheld or redacted.
No inference from nonresponse
The archive does not characterize a lack of response as agreement, admission, or refusal. That is especially important while the dedicated mail channel remains pending.
