1. Collection

On 20260702T210032Z (UTC), the automated evaluation tool PROOF 0.1.0 rendered each page below in Google Chrome and captured, per page, the rendered DOM, the computed accessibility tree, a full-page screenshot, per-violation element screenshots, a network activity log (HAR), and the raw output of the evaluation engines (axe-core 4.12, pa11y/HTML_CodeSniffer 9.1, Lighthouse 13.4). The evaluation followed the W3C Website Accessibility Conformance Evaluation Methodology (WCAG-EM 1.0).

2. Sealing

Every captured artifact was hashed with SHA-256 at the moment of capture. Per page, the artifact hashes were combined into a Merkle root, and that root was submitted to a trusted timestamping authority for a tamper-evident time anchor. Any alteration of any artifact after capture changes its hash and breaks the Merkle root, which the verification tool detects.
