4. Keep the email short. Do not paste all questions into the body.
5. Request acknowledgment within three business days and a substantive response within 21 days.
6. Maintain a service log containing recipient, method, tracking number, delivery date, acknowledgment, and response status.

The letter is broad because the publicly disclosed and first-hand relationships cross organizational lines. It does not accuse any person or entity of misconduct. It asks each recipient to confirm, correct, or explain the facts and to identify the records that resolve the questions.

Please acknowledge receipt within three business days. I request a substantive written response within 21 days or, if more time is required, a proposed production schedule and a designated response coordinator.

## Before sending
