ROSENWALD v. ROSENWALD - FST-FA26-6078292-S PRINT & ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS (4-binder evidence set + letter booklet) FILES (full-size, this folder) Evidence_Binder_1_of_4.pdf 922 pages (~461 sheets double-sided) Evidence_Binder_2_of_4.pdf 922 pages (~461 sheets) Evidence_Binder_3_of_4.pdf 914 pages (~457 sheets) Evidence_Binder_4_of_4.pdf 945 pages (~473 sheets) Letter_Booklet_duplex.pdf 27 pages (~14 sheets) PRINT-WITH-GUTTER versions in: binding_gutter_versions/ (USE THESE TO BIND) WHAT'S NEW IN THIS BUILD Added the DALTON OWNERSHIP - ROSENWALD FAMILY TRUSTS section (615 pp), which documents that the James B. Rosenwald IV Trust and the Jocelyn M. Rosenwald Trust were Code-B OWNERS of Dalton Investments LLC, the 7/1/2019 restructure that removed them (before/after Schedule A extracts), the ownership map, the full historical Dalton/RCM Form ADV set, and the 1997 CA trust subpoenas. This grew the set from 3 to 4 binders. PRINTING - Print DOUBLE-SIDED (duplex, flip on long edge); three-hole punch. - Binders 1-4: one 3-inch D-ring binder each (~457-473 sheets; 3" D-ring holds ~600+ sheets, leaving room for tab dividers). - Letter: its own slim binder or front pocket. - RECOMMENDED: print the files in binding_gutter_versions/ (content scaled ~89% with a 0.7" MIRRORED binding gutter) so the 3-hole punch never clips text on the Form ADV / Form 5500 pages that sit close to the edge. ORGANIZATION / SEARCH - Every page Bates-numbered bottom-left: RW-EB-00001 .. RW-EB-03703 (letter: RW-LOI-001 .. RW-LOI-027). Bottom-right: "Binder X - Page N of TOTAL". - Binder 1 opens with the Master Source & Citation Index (9 pp) + the BINDER MAP (every source document, its citation, and its Binder + page). - Each binder has its own Table of Contents; each section starts on a front-side page for tab alignment. Footer text is searchable even on scanned pages.
